E50 What I Eat To Feel Great

E50 In today's episode I share what I eat to feel great. Though this doesn't directly relate to teaching, it absolutely indirectly relates to teaching. What we eat (as well as other lifestyle habits) dictates how we feel. How we feel impacts EVERYTHING, including how we perform as teachers. As such, living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me because it helps me to be my best self. Please note that any diet changes should always be discussed first with your doctor. I am not an expert, nor am I qualified to give any type of diet advise. Please consult your doctor before you make any diet changes.
