Rachel is our elementary's technology educator who has immensely enriched and enhanced the technology use in our elementary section. She not only works with over 500 students, but works with the teachers in our section as well. She has aligned grade-level units with technology, served on our ITAC Committee (Internal Technology Advisory Committee), as well as head many major technology projects. What we eat (as well as other lifestyle habits) dictates how we feel. How we feel impacts EVERYTHING, including how we perform as teachers. As such, living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me because it helps me to be my best self. Please note that any diet changes should always be discussed first with your doctor.
