E40S6 In today's episode I talk about textbooks and worksheets, and why we should get rid of them (well, most of them). When thinking about abstract concepts, we teachers have the job of helping students solidify concepts and understandings. Textbooks and worksheets fall short of doing the job. Instead, we should be creating authentic experiences that truly effect student learning, unlike textbooks or worksheets. Listen to find out how a class can function without textbooks or worksheets.
